Technology companies, DNA Digital & zen10 Australia today have announced the completion of their merger which comes into effect on Jan 1, 2014.

The newly formed parent company, Thomas O’Donnell Pty Ltd (Named after joint directors Mark Thomas and Dylan O’Donnell) will continue to operate both brands separately although product offerings and reseller/partner agreements may be streamlined as a result.

Thomas O’Donnell Pty Ltd also acquired small hosting company “Cosmic Fantasia” earlier this month.
