The Role
Primary duties will include customer account support, invoice management, MYOB receivables and payables, payroll, phone reception, filing, sales support, data entry & auditing, and other office related activities on site in our Ballina office. Basically you will be looking after a bunch of nerds and making sure their awesome nerd superpowers are unburdened by any administrative overhead.
The Requirements
The successful candidate will have a good phone manner, presentation and have preferably have a solid understanding of internet concepts (e.g. websites, domains, google). With a personable and helpful attitude we hope our new team member will not only support our technical staff, but is also encouraged to learn and participate actively in marketing activities and campaign management including social media, internet research & strategic input where appropriate. Experience with MYOB is essential.
Payment Conditions
$19 p/h + 9% super
9am – 5pm, Mon – Thursday (4 days per week)
